End-User License Agreement
1. Internal use only
This application (the “App”) is the internal operating system of Black Sheep Global (“BSG”). It is provided solely for use by BSG and its authorized personnel for BSG’s internal business operations. It is not licensed, sold, or made available to the general public or to any third party.
2. License
BSG grants its authorized users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to access and use the App for internal BSG business purposes only. BSG may modify or revoke this license at any time.
3. Ownership
The App — including its code, design, content, and all related intellectual property — is owned by Black Sheep Global. No ownership rights are transferred to any user. All rights not expressly granted are reserved by BSG.
4. Acceptable use
Authorized users agree to use the App only for legitimate internal business purposes and in compliance with applicable law. Users must not:
- access or use the App without authorization;
- attempt to circumvent security controls or access controls;
- copy, distribute, sublicense, or otherwise make the App available to anyone outside BSG;
- reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive source code, except as permitted by law;
- use the App to store or process data unlawfully; or
- interfere with the integrity, security, or performance of the App.
5. Third-party services
The App integrates with third-party services, including QuickBooks Online (Intuit). Use of those services is subject to their own terms. The App accesses third-party data only as described in our Privacy Policy.
6. No warranty
The App is provided “as is” for internal use, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law.
7. Changes
BSG may update this Agreement from time to time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the current version.
