As an Implementor, you’ll work closely with our Project Manager to build out processes, workflows, and automation for property management companies. You’ll be hands-on with tech stacks like LeadSimple, Aptly, and other industry-specific platforms, ensuring clients have streamlined, efficient systems tailored to their business needs.

What You’ll Do:

✅ Collaborate with the Project Manager to design and implement business processes
✅ Configure and optimize LeadSimple, Aptly, and other software tools
✅ Troubleshoot and refine workflows to ensure operational efficiency
✅ Train and support clients as they adopt new processes and technology
✅ Stay up-to-date with best practices in automation, property management operations, and business systems

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Experience with process mapping, automation, and business system implementation (bonus if you’ve worked with LeadSimple or Aptly!)
🔹 Strong problem-solving skills and an eye for detail
